Introduction:
Cure in Japanese is call” Iyashikei”, it’s purpose is to heal the viewer through relaxation and catharsis’s plot. Just like what the article online said “Iyashikei means “healing-type” and the genre’s works reflect this meaning. Iyashikei aims to heal the viewer through delivering a sense of relaxation and catharsis.”.This kind of anime always encouragement people, it doesn’t have absolutely evil, and the story always close to our life. It have a quiet story environment, music and painting style, which can be reveal from the color’s using in the anime. The color in this kind of anime are always shallow, which won’t tired people’s eyes, also, the lines in the anime are very soft, the scene in the anime make people feels comfortable and relax, combine with the quiet music can make people feels like be healed. Most of “Iyashikei” anime can affect people, because it’s close their own life, and have some similarity with them, and some of that can make people crying. There are also many wonderful words coming out from the anime, some of it very lachrymosity and some of it very inspirational, such as the words in the anime name “CLANNAD” which said”the World is very beautiful, even if it has some sorrowful and tears, still please you to open your eyes to see, to do what you want, to be the kind of person you want to be, and to find your friends. Don’t be anxious, slowly growing up.”. The left side is the earlier Iyashikei anime and the right side is the modern one.
The right side anime’s name is “Natsume's Book of Friends”, this anime is very popular and already have 4 seasons. The story is talk about Natsume Takashi’s life, and the stories between he and Yokai, which means the monster. Natsume has power to see Yokai from his grandmother, and also get a book f has many Yokai’s name on it after his grandmother dead, there are lots of Yokai’s name on it. However, this book and the power brought a lot of trouble to him, when he was a child he don’t know other people can’t see Yokai, so some of his action made the people around him let away or laughed he, at that time he dislike this power and don’t like Yokai. When he grow up, he meet Madara one day, Madara is a big Yokai with huge power and it’s coming for the book from Natsume’s grandmother. Because when someone get Yokai’s name can ask them to do everything, and Natsume’s grandmother get their name through games. But Madara become Natsume’s friends soon and started to protect him. As Natsume grow up to a teenager he don’t feel dislike to Yokai and know how to look normal when he saw them, and because of Madara, he has some Yokai friends, and he always give the name back to the Yokai when they found him. Natsume soon has human friends and Yokai friends, and his stories are become warm all the time.
